It's usually people who were in elementary school or in many cases not even born at the time of the height of the crack game who keep bringing up the crime bill.
 
During the 1980s and '90s, Whites and Blacks used and dealt drugs at the same rate. However, Blacks people were more probable headed to jail. It is not only a complaint today but was then.
