That crime bill applied to federal crimes and federal prisons. Only 11% of the prison population is in federal prisons. So the crime bill didn't do much to "decimate" the Black community. And the people who went to prison were doing crime!!

This is the part they don't get. They blame the crime bill. No one blames the people who did the killing, robbing and stealing. It's the blame generation with the no snitching way of life. Yet these same blacks under 40 want send their kids to black schools. Don't live in all black community and want acceptance from White America. You ain't black if you don't accept ignorance to them.
