The Best Show on Television, by Far!!!!

It's beyond sad to think how the kids who "survived" being stabbed after seeing their parents and others shot to death and their other siblings stabbed/beaten to death, had to lay there in that house for over 24 hours before being found.
:smh::smh:

Thank GOD two of the kids lived. And the 9 year old was able to tell that it was Junior, their uncle, who had done it. Cause before the kids were well enough to talk, the police were not even looking at Junior as a suspect. (at least they didn't protray him as a suspect) And he could have possibly gotten away with it.

I pray for those kids and the family. The scene at the end with Junior and his momma (also the victims momma and Grandmomma) at the end.....wow!!

I tried to stay up to see the replay, but damn, I fell asleep.

...true, they were wayyyy off.

At first he was lil suspicious to me, but he threw me off when he brought up the Gangstar Disiciples as a lead and that dude name Dog. If it wasnt for that kid, the case probably would've gone unsolved.

I hope they show it again tomorrow.

The show repeats throughout the week...and I believe they repeat it on Thursday nights, which is the night the new show airs.

Warnda,
They switched up this season. The new shows air on Tuesday nights now.

Snake,
I was reading another website and some questions were asked that made me give some thought that something may not be all the way right.
Remember when my girl Caroline Mason (love her :D )and the other detective first went to the hospital to talk to the 9 year old kid who had survived. The kid said "they knocked on the door". Isn't it kind of strange that Cecil would have knocked on the door of his own home. Another thing is after the police had the family in protective custody (Junior too, cause at the time, he wasnt a suspect), what was the deal with somebody calling the sister's cell phone from her house. :scared::scared:

It was just so much in that hour. I hope they repeat it REAL soon!

....yep I remember that.

When the sister got that call from her house; at that point I was like the GD's lookin for all Cecil family; gone kill everybody. Boy was I wayyy off. lol

But yea, it was a lot in that hour. I missed the very first part when they identified the bodies and everything. Who were the other two adults that got killed? And who were the two kids? All I got was Cecil and his wife?

"Snake"

The other adults were friends who were over at the house. I think all the kids (the ones who died and the ones who survived) were Cecil's kids.

Was the name of the episode " Lester Street"? If so, it was only scheduled to re-air last night at midnight. I'll have to catch it later in the year.

This is one of my favorite shows. That black lady in Memphis is funny with them long finger nails. She be sharp as a tack.

I like her crazy tail! Stilletto heels, fake eyelashes, razor sharp nails and fake hair to match AT the crime scene! She does her thing though!

Another good 48 tonight.
It was the case of the Univ of Memphis football player who was killed last year. As I was watching it, I was remembering the details of it, how he had won some money at one of the casinos in Tunica and was robbed for it.

But the truth of it (or at least, I didn't know it until First 48 showed it) is that it was more to it than just a robbery. Another student at Univ of Memphis who HATED the football player set the whole thing up. :smh: Had pulled 3 of his old buddies from high school into it.

a damn shame all those young guys ruined their lives. :(

I'm telling yall, folks who don't watch First 48 missing out.

probably so, they usually repeat the same one late night. I think they repeat both of 'em. (the 8:00 and the 9:00 shows). The one with the football player was at 9:00.

Yeah it comes on at 12... was it entitles "The Last Yard?.... I finally got around to setting it up for a season pass since I dont get off work till 9.

Last night's shows were good. The look on that guy's face when the cop said the football player had beaten him bad in front of everyone was priceless.

I saw this one last night. The football player was also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi. That was straight up sad.

I agree. And did you see how he LIED and said the deceased pushed him into a tree and then he proceded to kick the dude's arse. yeah right :retard:

But the dude was slick though, cause at his first interview, IMO, he didn't give ANY indication that he had anything to do with the murder/robbery (just that he hated the guy and didnt feel any remorse for his death). Heck, he had to go do a paper for his philosophy class. :scared:

I read on another site, that the football player had taken pictures of himself posing with the money and e-mailed the pic to people, including his ex-girlfriend. No doubt, she showed it to the other dude (the one who set up the robbery/murder)

It truly shows how much he hated the guy when he had told his boys that he didn't even want any of the money. :scared:

I had to revisit this thread after tonight's First 48!!!!!!

It was simply the BEST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was the case from last year about the 6 young people getting killed at a house in Memphis. Turned out, it was the brother who killed em and stabbed those kids.

It was sooooooooooooooo interesting seeing it unfold on First 48. To try to describe it would do it no justice.

I can't understand how/why the producers of the show didnt use this episode as the season premiere.

for those folks who missed it, I think it'll repeat later on tonight.
WATCH IT!!!!!!!

Alright yall, I see where this episode will be aired again on Thursday 9:00 eastern, 8:00 central.

It was the BEST EVER!!!!!!! Since that particular episode aired, I've read so much about that case.

I'll wait til after its shown again to spill it. LOL

I'm definitely gon record it. MUST SEE TV!!!!!!!!
