• The Sonic Boom was named best marching band at this year’s Historically Black College Colleges and Universities Media Summit. It has performed at halftime for several NFL teams and has been featured on HLN and in ESPN The Magazine.

• Included in the band’s performances are the famed Jackson Five drum majors, the War and Thunder drumline, and the Prancing J–Settes, the dance team.

Last I checked this thread is titled Mayweather & The Jukebox. jstank hasn't done anything for them to be on my mind or anybody's mind. You run to EVERY SU thread on EVERY board. That doesn't sound like jstank on your mind. Others have noticed too. How mediocre.......*snicker*
 
Lol all the way from Hong Kong.

All one needs to do is look at the nice wool the 4 year Jukes get to see what has been done. Like Doc Greggs said often. I would hate SU too if I was another band. He meant it with all sincerity too.

Speak for the sonic womb. Last I checked we were a part of one of the most hyped/lucrative events in sports history while jstank marched in the Zippity Do Dah parade in Jackson. Stay tuned more to come.

All of this because Jackson State folks are jealous because The Sonic Doom hasn't done diddly squat. Even Bama State's Band has more clout than JSU's. JSU's only claim to fame is Motown, a couple of NFL games and i mean a couple. Only bands that have bragging rights and who have many events under their belt are The Jukebox, Grambling, and Florida A&M. All others get a little of the leftovers. If your band has never done a Superbowl, Presidential Inaugural Parade, Nationally Televised Documentary, Sugar Bowl and it's 2015 sit down somewhere.
