Are you serious? The girl sounds like she sings through her nose.

My picks are Anwar, Nikko and/or Carrie. Everybody else is just OK.

Like Simon said Monday night...this is Bo's competition to lose. None of them can touch Bo. Anwar, Nikko and Carrie are good though. I guess it all depends on your music interest.

I want somebody to break out with "Hole in the Wall", "Sue", or "Shade Tree Mechanic".... :lmao:

She does.
With some training, her voice could be so much better. But right now, her voice is just annoying.
 
Yeah, I love Miss Gordan's voice! It puts me in the mind of Barbara Streisand...her looks and a part of her voice is whiney...but overall..>I think she can blow ......for a kid her age...
 
Last night was bull. How in the hell did that Constantine dude make the final 12 and Nikko didn't!! I can see them scratching that lame non singing, no danacing clown, but Nikko? First they screwed David, and now Nikko. Yet that Constantine and Bo dude are still in the running. But at least the Bo dude can carry a tune, can't even sat that much about Constantine!!

And they actually kicked off the good looking white girl, and my favorite Aloha Micheaux was kicked off last week. But at least with the women it wasn't as big a deal as the men!

It's much easier for them to get rid of the REAL talent early on, so there won't be no mess when it gets to (or close to) the end. They know what they doing.
 
Both Aloha (Mayor) Freeman Bosley's daughter and Nikko (Ozzie Smith's son) should have made it.

I like Constantine though, now that fat white boy should not have made it. AFter I saw him DESTROY Luther's "Never Too Much" I was saying that this kid had to go. They are playing on the white boy can somewhat sing roll. Justin Timberlake should be collectiong royalties right now (and giving them to Mike).

But this is the least talented bunch of kids I've seen every on a stage. Im so glad they got rid of that Ursha wannabe. "Every Little Step I take" :xeye: (NI99a please!!!!!).

David needed to go...he could sing (sorta) but he had no stage presence. That counts. Bo is the best of the group to me. Nikko should have stayed but the boys competion is so strong that after Bo and maybe Anwar, it's a free for all. I am not all that crazy about Constantine but he does add something to the competition.

Well, we only have one black male left.....Anwar has got to represent. The darker black chick won't make it but Nadia is gonna make a push for the title.
 
My Favorite was David and Mario. I'd love Marios to sing some El DeBarge. OF the girls I lke Vonzell Solomon and Carrie Underwood.
 
American Idol is boring, this season. I haven't even been watching as much, this go round...but, so far, I'm not too impressed w/anyone. :shame:

No it was not. That was not an appropriate song for a 16-year-old, and she still didn't sound great.

That's exactly what I told my wife. I can't understand what folks are hearing, because she sounds terrible. Oh, well. To each his own.

'American Idol' Favorite Withdraws Self From Competition

LOS ANGELES -- A fan favorite has booted himself from "American Idol."

Contestant Mario Vazquez has withdrawn from the hit Fox show, citing "personal reasons." The 27-year-old from New York was one of four competitors singled out by fans as early favorites to win the competition.

Fox says no other details are available.

To fill Vazquez's spot among the 12 finalists, Fox brought back Nikko Smith, one of two contestants voted off the show last week. Smith is the son of former Saint Louis Cardinals baseball great Ozzie Smith.

Smith got more votes than Travis Tucker when both were voted off on last Wednesday's show.

Vazquez isn't the first "Idol" contestant to leave the show. Last year, one was dropped after being charged with DUI. And three were asked to leave the show in 2003.
