When did Jack talk to Buchanan to tell him where Agent Walker was buried?
Well the Presidents husband wasn't going down easy and took matters into his own hands.

If you look at the scene just before the President's husband took matters into his own hand, Jack asks Chloe if they got a track on the car that took the Prime Minister. He doesn't have a comm in his hand, so I'm assuming he has one of those oral implant devices that sends and receives similar to the tracking device Chloe put on the PM's tooth.

I think they are taking a few liberties. They never showed Jack or Tony contacting Buchanan.

They didn't get the implants till after they killed the hitchmen and before the car picked up the prime minister.

I figured they will say it happened when Jack first met up with Chloe and Buchanan in one of the earlier hours.
Either she was messing with the old boy or she had a fling with her ex Morris somewhere between the seasons he was on the show.

Milo wasn't her boyfriend. He liked the woman who was put in charge of CTU. He got killed when he pretended to be in charge to protect her after those folks who took it over asked for the HNIC. Morris was Chloe's ex. Seems like he got killed, too. Some toxic gas or something in some room he went in to do something trying to be a hero: I don't remember all the details (I remember him trying to redeem himself for some device he built for the terrorists).

How many of ya'll's shat went out last night when the President's phone rang and it was the PM calling her after Jack and the crew had rescued them.
First my Directv went black on Fox so my smart arse switched over to the "over the air" FOX 40 and that muthaplugga was black.
The shat didn't come back on in this area until they started showing scene's for next week.
I have no idea what happened the last 9 minutes.
