See here's the problem. If you read the Bible, then, live the Bible, and not put your opinion into it, then you'd be better off. But, people want the Bible to fit his or her lifestyle. When you know better, you do better. Or you should. I don't always go with what the preacher says. If it doesn't line up with the scripture, then I will call them out on it. C'mon now. We should all do this, but we do have choices. Everybody wants to skirt around the tithe. Again, people want the Bible to fit his or her lifestyle. Before we found out about that tithes was in the Bible, we were paying "dues." Right? And the pastor/the deacons gave a set amount for members to pay. But when we read and found out that "dues" was not Biblical, we changed our thought process and began living on that principle. I know I'm not the only that made this discovery. Bottomline, do the what Bible tells you to do!!!!!! Period!!!!! God knows if you're living the Bible. Access a concordance if you don't understand the language of the Bible. Or get the NIV Version of the Bible. And of course there are other versions to get for better comprehension.
