To bad, the interim did not get a chance to work with these players. PV new coach will have something to work with. Maybe at least one Texas team will make it to the SWAC championship.

Texas Hoops Analysis: Jonathan is an athletic lefty who can create off the dribble and break down the defense, is a good ball handler and passer, sees the floor well, has a good understanding of the game and can hit the open perimeter jumper. A third team All-Region 20-5A selection, Frazier should find playing time at both guard spots for TSU head coach Ronnie Courtney.

The Southern University women?s basketball team met its checklist ? add speed, maintain chemistry and find sleepers ? with its latest three signees.
Lake Providence High forward Freda Allen (6-foot-1), Wossman-Monroe shooting guard Ashley Augurson (5-9) and Madison-Tallulah point guard Aerica Hicks (5-5) all signed with Southern on Wednesday, the first day of the signing period.

we got a girl from McCall coming in. I remember we had Lakeysha Johnson at the point right before coach pugh came in. She was cold. McCall, I mean, Madison Parish, has a good tradition for hoops for girls and boys.
The funny thing about SU's team was that there was no middle ground..you had 5 seniors, but yet the rest were either freshmen or sophomores...

lol, That's all right. This LeFlore squad, Mayhane was the lone person I wanted A&M to go after. Y'all can have Tate. He's aiight, but IMO 3rd-4th best player on that team. We need to sign someone quickly out of LeFlore before ASU tries to build a permanant pipeline like y'all had with Blount in football during the '90s.
