I see that Ferriday came back on Carroll High. Was down 28-0 and came back and won 35-28. Watch out for those Trojans. Seems like the old Junkyard Dogs are back.

Baker has a long way to go. They got physically dominated by Northeast. We are trying to have a power running game with a lack of size, then we don't have much of a passing game due to the lack of a decent QB. I don't believe the team crossed the 50 yard line until late in the 4th quarter. We'll beat Mentorship next week for homecoming, but after that it will be a bunch of beatdowns unless things change.

Ferriday beat Block (Jonesville) 44-20 last night. They're 2-0 now. Next week, they play Vilu. This will be a slaughter of my high school. I really don't see anyone challenging Ferriday until the playoffs.

Haynesville is not doing well this season. Too many injuries. Personally I think the hype has gone to their head.

Hate to say this, but it's not looking good for Baker. We are 2-1, but the 2 wins came against 2 bad teams, and the team looked horrible against Northeast last week and Mentorship tonight. If their big WR was more aggressive on the 50/50 balls, Mentorship would have blown us out, and that's sad to say. I don't know what's wrong with the team, but everything looks bad from the OL, to the skill position players dropping passes, fumbling balls, and throwing bad passes, to the coach choosing to not use the kicker to win the game in regulation.
