Do Good; Good Follows
This movie comes out this Friday. Anybody going to see it?
I don't normally do movies on opening nights/weekends, but I'm checking this out first thing Saturday morning!

I know that's right...he claims this is his best work yet. It looks really good, from the previews. We'll see, come Friday, Saturday or Sunday. :D

My mother-in-law will be in town this weekend, so she will babysit for us. Me and the wife will check the movie out either friday or saturday.

My girls and I are planning our Friday nite girls nite out with dinner and a movie, this isn't our usual Friday for it, but since the movie starts this Friday everybody agreed to go see it.

I thought it was pretty good. Honestly, I think this is Perry's most complete, realistic, and best movie to date!

Tasha Jackson was a complete FOOL in that movie! :lmao: :lmao:

I saw it last night. I think Janet did a lot better in this movie than she has in the past.

This was a very good movie! My wife and I enjoyed the movie last night. The only problem we had was not with the movie, but the audience. People were talking during the movie and having side conversations about the movie. We as black people have got to learn to STFU during a movie. I was seriously tempted to tell some people in the audience to STFU!

Yeah she was! She really added the humor in the movie! The table scene was one of the best parts of the movie!

My cousin just told me the exact thing about the audience at the theater she went to as well - Rave at the Mall of Louisiana. That's too close to Gardere for me...:splat:

My wife and I went to the Theatre in Union Station in D.C. I thought there would be a civilized crowd there, but I guess I thought wrong.

The movie was good to me with unforgetable humor. It was very realistic.

Sonny, chill on Janet bruh. I didn't like her with the hair pulled back. She just need to let go and let her ability take over. She's too stiff but she's still my baby.

I was "dragged" to go see this one, but I actually liked it. Tyler Perry's first two movies didn't impress me, but he came through on this one.

Michael Jai White's character had me rollin' with those facial expressions. Especially when Mike sold him out at the dinner table. Classic! :lmao:

My neighbor said the same thing. He and his wife went to Rave at the Mall of LA and enjoyed the movie, but said the folks in the theatre were just acting a azz. too much talking.

I, as a Black person, have learned to go to the MATINEE, cause the RAUNCHIES and HYENAS attend the late show. :D I'm checking this movie out tomorrow while WE still at church! :quiet:

My lady and I went to the Matinee in the Mall today. It was packed with "us" in there and a few "vanillas" there too. Lots of talkin' and cell phones ringin' when the preview screen showed several times, "Please silence your phones during the movie." I was mad as......!!!! But, what's worse was the scene at the table. There was a lady just talkin' loud over the movie, and all of a sudden, 2 whites, a guy and a woman stormed out of the front of the theater bringin' in light into the theater. I just knew it was about to get "ugly!" The white guy came back into the theater with the usher and the usher escorted the lady and her family were escorted out of the movie. The lady was crying loud, but she deserved it....When will we learn!!!!!
