The short answer is that his condition is worse than hers, which isn't shocking considering he has a bunch of risk factors she doesn't. The lie isn't gonna be about whether he has it. It will be about the severity and the timing in terms of exposure and diagnosis.
 
Just in case, dems need to start planting conspiracy theories about how and why pence hasn't tested positive. And how those around Trump don't want to invoke the 25th because they believe Pence has ulterior motives and will not relinquish power. This way if he dies, trump supporters will be suspicious of him. It sounds farfetched, but trump supporters are pretty stupid to begin with. A Pence/Haley replacement ticket would be formidable along with the sympathy vote so eliminate it by suppressing the pro trump vote.

Has anyone seen Pence, since all this started? Conspiracy theory, let's say Pence has tested test positive, no one would say anything for fear of the 25th Amendment, they don't want Nancy as acting president.

But after luxuriating in Trump's cruelty for years, his supporters have absolutely no moral high ground on which to stand.

President Trump made the stunning announcement that he and First Lady Melania Trump had tested positive for COVID-19 early Friday. Here’s what we know:

♦ President Trump briefly left the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center where he is being treated for COVID-19, riding in a vehicle to greet supporters gathered outside.

♦ Earlier on Sunday, the president’s doctor, Sean Conley, said Trump is doing “really well.” Doctors said the president had experienced low oxygen twice in recent days and had a high fever Friday morning.

♦ At least seven people who attended a White House ceremony on Sept. 26 have tested positive for COVID-19: the president, Melania Trump, Kellyanne Conway, Utah Senator Mike Lee, North Carolina Senator Thom Tillis, and Rev. John Jenkins, the president of Notre Dame, and Chris Christie.
