Tariq Nasheed On The Breakfast Club!!!

I remember this dude from years ago with the Art of Mackin. He transformed himself in a very skillful way. LOL
Lol... Man, him and Tommy Sotomayor had a catfight. It was sad.

Boyce is about my favorite of the crew but I still give him the sideye too.

Boyce will repeat a lie in a heartbeat. He will write an entire article based on some made up b.s. he didn't verify. LOL

Lol @ the side eye

Think how you want, but its funny to hear folks say this when they think someone either knows more than them about a subject or can't understand what the person is conveying.

Side eye is a cool thing to say I guess...either you don't listen or you do plain and simple

Why even listen to someone and give side eye, like what the hell a "side eye" even means lol

I guess it means, don't believe everything he states, well if that is the case, 'everyone including your mama and daddy' will get the side eye'

Negroes kill me with the "ole I'll listen, but I'm too cool to admit and too prideful to say dude is lacing me with some things I don't know" ass nuggas Lol...so I'll just say I give him the "side eye" on things I haven't heard someone else say Lol..

Man yall dude will try and tear down your own brotha at any cost smh

Pass on the Hidden Colors series mane....side eye that while youre at it

You can't be critical that some are skeptical of Tariq after starting off the thread by challeging folks blackness and telling them to kill themselves if they hadn't viewed his documentary.

That's one of the issues I have with these intellectuals who believe they have the market cornered on enlightenment and tend to degrade and ostracize those who aren't in complete lock-step with them.

I am leary of people who want the public spotlight or want to be heard. From Michael Eric Dyson to your beloved Tariq. Some people in this country are doers while other people are talkers. I used to impressed by talkers like Tariq. Not anymore. If you haven't done anything to improve the economic outlook of other black people, I don't really care what you have to say. Tariq ain't the first person to talk about these issues. I hear a thousand brothers who speak like Tariq everyday in DC.

Boyce is my guy. He makes some good points about money but Boyce will ramble on about nothingness too. A lot of these people just want to be heard and patted on the back for being "Smart"

Dr. Umar-Love the information he shares but in the last year or two, he has come out kinda arrogant and/or uppity as if no one is on his level...I don't like to listen to people that have that air about them...confidence is one thing but arrogance is another....

Tariq-As someone else has already said, he has successfully helped many youngsters understand white supremacy in the way that Fuller, Wesling, and others have done with an older generation...I also recognize his hustle but I'm good with it...we all have to eat...

Boyce-I love to watch his videos as for sometime, I have been trying to figure out my niche and how I can eventually leave the institution/plantation that I am presently at for good...I wanted to take those boot camp classes but looking at the prices, my attitude is I will eventually figure it out without having to pay all of that...still I love and respect what he is doing...

1. if you took the "if you haven't seen Hidden Colors kys" comment serious, then kys it was a statement to make you aware that this is one film series that should be watch and shared

2. You can have your issues, I can't control how you feel, but to try and pull from dude and stated things about him when he spitting out positve things is just on some f boy stuff...

3. How does he believe he have the market cornered? what the does that even mean brotha?
All he is doing is speaking on what is going on in this dirty ass world among black ppl

Then Boyce has his personal finance tour but charges up to $100/person to attend

Lol

What's wrong with that?

Black ppl love watching other ppl pockets but you hear rats piss on cotton when a white cac charges to do seminars smh

Man the man has to get his coins..he's gives out enough free information already

Man I'm the same way, Dude has helped alot of youngsters understand our history, Like he said, folks talk about his macking days and this and that, but why he was the 1st one to do Hidden Colors Lol, what they says about those who point out his macking books.

Negros love to pull and pick, and I bet a doughnut they haven't spoke to any youth about black empowerment.

1. That's a stupid and immature tactic to use -- serious or not -- when you're trying to sell something.

2. Huh.

3. I wasn't referencing him specifically, but a lot of these so-called intellectuals, including Tariq and their followers, have displayed poor conduct towards those who don't agree with everything they say or offer any challenge to the statements they've made. It's like you're beneath them, are a c**n, epitomize black self-hatred or are not authentically black because you don't see the world the way they do in every circumstance. It comes off disrespectfully pretentious.

In summary, you are a poor representative for Tariq. Your approach is grossly flawed and hurts the goal of getting anyone to invest in his content, at least from my perspective.

I am willing to bet 85% of people on this board have spoken to black youth in some fashion at some point.

Some of us have even went out of our way to hire black people who have limited employment options. Just because people aren't seeking the spotlight, doesn't mean they aren't working.

If you did so, hats off to you and just look in this thread at those same so and so ppl who you are vouching for that 85%, which some, are trying to pick the man apart about what he use to do and what they "think" his overall agenda is about, which is money, instead of focusing on what these ppl are trying to inject into the black community.

Like I stated those so call ppl that you claim that are speaking to the youth on this board, are they doing it on a consistent basis?

Let me ask you this, those who you betting your money on that's speaking to the youth, the 85%, Do you think their past is without sin, what if they were ex-cons, liars, use curse words every day, don't attend church, hate their parents, etc would they still be wrong to spit knowledge to the black youth?

Let me bring it home to you, you hired black folks, so is it wrong for me to look at you with a side eye and think you doing that as a motive?
Even though you may have been one of those things I mentioned, (if you're not and without sin, kudos to you) in your past by now you are trying to help out a brotha or sista by giving them a job, Am I suppose to pick and attack you/ your character/ ideas, on what you did by hiring those black folks? eh..
Should I attack and pick apart what those 85% ppl you claim on this board who spoke to the youth? eh

You should giv

No,
One thing I have learned in DC is that you should give everyone the side-eye until they prove otherwise. Not saying people are inherently bad but everyone (including you and I) have an agenda. I listened to Tariq's interview and I have listened to some of his videos. I appreciate the work he has done. I agree with a good bit of what he said and some stuff I disagreed with. I personally don't like the general way he throws around the word c**n and feels he is not open to opposite viewpoints but that doesn't mean I don't support the stuff he does.

As I stated earlier, he is not first person to say the things he is saying. I see a bunch of young afrconcentric, black power brothers.

and yes, I do have an agenda for hiring young black people. My personal belief is that the root of all our problems is economic so I thats where I focus on.

With Boyce, I have no problem with him earning money. I am going to his wealth seminars but won't knock anyone who does. I paid $200 to meet and speak with Eric Thomas bka E.T. the Hip Hop Preacher.

1. I'm not trying to sell anything, I just mentioned to you to watch the Hidden Colors series, white folks do it all the time, I guess this is the first time you saw or read the words KYS if you haven't done such and such,

3. Nobody is asking you to agree with "everything" dude or anyone on this planet says, but just to overall say dude isn't spitting knowledge, you coming off as a hater or the c**n word if you're black. Them dudes, Tariq, Boyce, Zo Williams, Dr.Francis, Malcolm X I could go on, is making you seem beneath you Lol..
You think Malcolm X when he was doing all that, was belittling the black man..LOL...bruh stop with the excuse, you reaching now, maybe its you, and your ability to accept something that you don't know. If you don't see the world AT ALL in the ways they are painting, it's cool, just play the back seat and move along, but you come in threads, and LOL at the dude and try to come off as if a person that listen to dude and want to spread the knowledge is lame or is some kind of person..maybe you are the one that puts folks that listen to these type of ppl beneath you..cuz clearly those who follow these type of ppl couldn't care less if you're beneath them or not, they just want you to wake up..LOL

I bet you still think Christopher Columbus discovered America huh LOL..and think Abe Lincoln freed the slaves because he had a good heart huh
Wake up brother

I am sure W.E.B. Dubois considered Booker T. a big c**n when they were fighting it out. However, both were right about something and both were wrong about some things.
