SWAC Band Directors need to learn the rules of when to play

Noise is one thing. Artificial noise is COMPLETELY different, and is against the rules at EVERY level above high school. Get over it and freaking adapt. Mofos still complaining about this shit for almost 20 years, and ain't NOTHING changed, nor WILL it change.

Just because it legal those not mean it's right. Remember slavery was legal; however, as we found out it was not right.

What the entire hell does slavery have to do with not playing during the 8-10 seconds the ball is about to be snapped? Out of 40 seconds between every play, we continue to bitch and moan about 8-10 seconds.....and now we compare it to slavery?
