Sean Woods: You're Not At MVSU Anymore (Pushes Player And Verbally Berates Him)

Are you suggesting his rant would be cool at Valley, but not at Moorehead State??? He went in on the kid, no doubt.

Kentucky is a consistent top 5 team. There's always going to be some media outlet covering them so he should know that the verbal barrage might have got coverage but the push gets you on Sportscenter and Mike and Mike.

People aren't talking about them losing to Kentucky 81-70. They're talking about the push

Mane that was tame, you ought to see Woods in rare form.If he doesn't bridle himself you will probably hear a story about a player kicking his ass Sprewell-style.

Man he went to far on that one. That player should have gave him a upper cutter in his throat.

My 11 year old son saw it and said he woulda kicked his coach's butt if he did that to him.

That day is gonna come and it's gonna happen soon. From Tuberville (with the coach) to Woods with their incidents embarrassing young adults in front of the whole world... someone is gonna say "F this scholarship (or job)" and put their hands on them...

Sean Woods scared the white people.
They look terrified in the background
lol @ the white player's facial expression.
They not used to seeing a good fussin' huh?

:emlaugh:  Well....

Don't worry the OVC front office will be giving him a call. Wood's is ignorant, it's just a game not a matter of life of death. It's not like MSU was in th eposition to beat UK.

Pulling the player is ok, but Woods was out of bound, when he push the player and continued with his stupidity. If that had been Dr.H., and he pushed me, pops would have met Mr. Woods azz after the game. This type of behavior, sooner or later will make the players loose respect for him.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) -- Morehead State first-year coach Sean Woods is facing possible disciplinary action after appearing to shove Eagles' point guard Devon Atkinson during Wednesday's 81-70 loss to Kentucky.

Athletic department spokesman Matt Segal said Thursday the situation is being discussed internally and any disciplinary action would be announced Friday morning.

Atkinson fouled out with 5:51 remaining, and an agitated Woods shouted at the senor as he walked toward the bench. The coach then appeared to shove Atkinson in the back, pushing him forward, and continued yelling at him during the timeout.

It was Woods' second intense sideline encounter with a player this season. During a 67-45 loss at Maryland on Nov. 12, Woods was seen yelling in the face of Chad Posthumus while the junior center was sitting on the bench.

Am I the only one that doesn't see a problem with what he done? Hell I love it. I've seen y'alls beloved Coach K do that to his player.

For you Valley cats, was he this intense walking the court in Itta Bena?????

Hell yeah, I sat behind the bench for a game we played in Greenville and our President sat right in front of me and he even bit the head off his assistant coaches. That dude DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE. Go back and look at all his press conferences where he trashed Valley. Not humble AT ALL.

I remember you guys alluding to his attitude when his departure was announced. If this is just the beginning, he wont be there long.
