Here's my thing though, Are we locking up the wrong ppl,

There are laws targeted towards 'black' ppl such as jay-walking, non violent drug laws, and other laws that are out to get black folks, harsh penalties comes along with these crimes, but the ones the gov't are trying to lock up are not the ones doing these mass shootings and raping ppl.

Are we targeting the wrong ppl?

Those laws are not "out to get black folks" per se...it's when they go before a judge etc.... Let's be honest the legal system is broken. I personally believe it will never be fixed.

Actually the only way the legal system will be fixed is if aliens land on earth and they are black people or Jesus comes back and is black. Other than that the legal system will be jacked up.
 
The common denominator in most of the recent domestic styled shootings was the use of the AR-15 assault rifle. This military styled weapon should be outlawed and only available to our military forces. Its use has made this weapon the most deadly firearm in America. And it's time to do something about this military styled weapon particularly its availabilty in our civilian population. I know 95% of the owners of this weapon are law abiding citizens and see no problems with such a powerful gun, but facts are facts and outlawing this weapon will save lives.

I guess I shouldn't say "out to get blacks" but I would say they are there to trip up black folks, blacks are charged more with crimes than any other groups of ppl, but the fact is that we are the ones doing the mass shootings.

As a "former" owner of one I understand your point. Dad and I used to fuck up some trees in the country. We once shot a deer with a winchester just to hang him up and see if we could tear the deer apart with a AR-15.

I disagree. That would suggest that the discrimination starts with the judges. It starts with the cops. The war on drugs and these dumb citations and violations- they are there to profit off the backs of poor Blacks. Take Ferguson, MO, for instance. Their annual budget factors in "projected" fees collected from citations like jaywalking. So officers are trained and directed to bring in a certain number of violations. Poor Blacks are always the low-hanging fruit (no pun intended). After so many citations, it's jail time, which feeds another billion-dollar industry that imposes its own agenda.

Agreed, instead of targeting blacks, the real killers are these looney motherfuggers, All this targeting started all the way back in the 1920s, when blacks would get arrested for walking on the wrong side of the sidewalk, or being in a town after 6pm or looking/making gestures, they would be jailed for doing something simple as that, other stupid laws that was created, not having a job at one time threw blacks in jail smh, but they, the gov't don't understand that doing evil towards one group of ppl, the shat will bound to come back to you, that's why I feel for the victims involved in situation like this, but then I'm like the U.S. reap what you plant, you plant evil seeds, then you can't cry when harvest time comes.

Well a cop can charge you with whatever but an impartial judge who will throw it out is hard to find.

A cop can also just shoot you (Ferguson), choke you to death on camera (NY), throw you in the back of van and drag you around (B'more) or provoke you and escalate a situation (Waller County, TX). So I guess, if you even get to make it in front of a judge, you should consider yourself lucky.

I get what you're saying, but it's the judges, cops, deputies, DA's, Legislature, you name it.
 
This issue is bigger than being Gay! That is apparent. Some folks just don't have any regard for Human Life. They act as God, instead of believing in one.

Also, most clubs really don't do the metal detector, pat down, etc. You show your ID, pay the cover, and keep it moving.

This is senseless and sad. Nothing is safe anymore. Whether you are Gay, Straight, Black White, Muslim, Christian, Republican,or Democrat, you still could be randomly executed by some dumbass who wants to play God.

FYI, this problem didn't just start on yesterday.

Heck, that's what White folks are known for doing to Blacks. They blame the entire Black community based on what one or two people do, but when it comes to them, we give them a pass over and over, while coming together in prayer with them.

BTW, if you take away AR's, one can just as easily go get a 5-7 with an extended mag pistol and do just as much damage. As a matter of fact it would be even easier to conceal. Or could just as easily get a 45 with a 30 round mag. Getting rid of AR's won't do anything but force people to choose a different weapon. It won't stop a thing. You may want to consider that Columbine one of the dudes had a Mac.
