Man my homie had some good lawyers, but when she quit her job and starting living off that $1200 a month CS, he couldn't touch her. She could make the court time anytime inconvenient for him, she also would find out any new lawyer he had then had her FREE attorney fax, email and call until his bill was through the roof and he couldn't afford his attorney anymore, the lady judge in the Dallas court would let the mother miss court dates, come late and do whatever she wanted to do.

No it's not being better off being raised by single mothers, it's Black children are better off with the single black mother who can RUIN them faster than Dad.

They want the person that will do the LEAST for that kid. Who doesn't mind living in bad communities, wait for a check, irresponsible with their kitty and can cry on cue when the kid is killed.

Weird, when I was going through all court dates had to be agreed upon. For a while I was in the military and my atty was able to reset and reschedule as needed. Also, I'm sure her free atty had more than her case to handle so it's odd that they had time for a bunch of faxing, calling, and so on. But hey every case is different. I wish your friend the best.

Dude, you have no idea about this one. I told my buddy his girl must be Illuminati because one of my friends recommended some people to the free attorney for paid cases and she turned them all down. She because personally obsessed with the case, it was unreal, I told him he should have reported her to the bar, she serviced her for free for over 3 years, ran my homie's money dry as a bone.

Got to something more here because them court appointed attys ain't trying to work that hard on one of those cases. You think his girl and the atty could have been bumping uglies? Stranger things have happened, remember the judge that got the chick pregnant not long ago.

This circumstance if definitely the exception and in no way the norm of service received from a free atty.

Wow Sleep, you are REALLY good. It is hard to picture because the attorney is a wrinkled up older white lady, but several people close to the case suspect that, I have even seen the attorney drop his son mom off in front of the court so she doesn't have to walk. His baby mama is a psycho too, she pretended he beat her up and to play the victim real good she went to a women's shelter, put the kid is some weird homeless school and stopped working her project management job. Something is up with her though because when she divorced her first hubby only one of her 2 daughters would live with her and the husband was on disability and she raped ole dude's check. This check is a pice of work, I told my boy he missed a ton of money because we could have made a reality show out of their relationship. They not even married and one day he couldn't make any calls on his cell phone, she shows up with a new phone activated to his account and everything with her NOT being on his account, you can't tell me this check not Illuminati.

If the father is on disability the children receive a check as well until they are 18. She's not illuminati just sneaky and crafty.

Man I know a chick who has 6 kids by 6 different men. She makes about $18k in order to get the max EIC on her tax returns. She gets a refund of $12k. So that's $30k right $12k of which is basically untaxed. She chose her kids fathers that work at various plants, two of the kid's dads work for the railroad, one is in the military. The railroad and military will make damn sure child support is paid. The other three pay child support as well. She brings in about $4-$500 on each kid a month. On the low end that's about $28k untaxed. So in all she gets about $58k where only $18k is taxed.

Oh and she bought a house and "claimed" that she has 1/2 interest and gave each child 1/6 of the other 1/2. She then itemizes as well. I noticed her W2 and the chick pays NOTHING in taxes to the state of federal government.

In short she is living for free PERIOD.
 
I don't think people realize how sex changes the game in life. I know a chick with only a 10th grade education who owns a 800k cleaning business in a major city. She told me she use to clean up at this facility at night and would read the stuff on Folks desk. She knew this white VP who's wife wasn't giving him sex. So one night he was working late she came on to him sucked his Spoon and starting giving him some every week. Dude got her a major contract and now she is banking. It was nothing to her to get that money. She said he use to beg her and do anything she wanted. She said he would bust in 30 seconds. Lol

Man I was listening to Sway in the Morning and this waitress at Hooters told a similar story. This old man would come in there everyday and she would talk to him. So she ended up screwing him and he bought her a home and when he died willed her his retirement and 401k. So now she gets a check for life. She is 25 and he was 70. His sister is trying to sue her but three of his lawyers said it was legal and made his go to counseling to make sure he was in his right mind.

To me that was the best Tyler Perry movie because it was realistic. They should have never made a Part II because it became cheesy especially the ending with the Rock.... I mean dealing with a couple whose kid died, baby momma drama, cheating because of the wife's weight issues, and woman not paying attention to her husband.....good stuff.
