I feel good about coming out of UT-Arlington with a victory Wednesday. Our team is focused and riding a high off beating the defending Southland Conference Texas A&M Corpus Christi.

SFA (W) 95-57 Grambling (at Nacogdoches, TX)

Surprised Grambling lost by as much as they did to SFA...good win for SFA over JSU...very interested in tonight's TxSo-UT Arlington game...
 
SLC went 3-0 against SWAC last night including a SFA men's win over JSU, SFA women's win over Grambling and NWST women's win over Southern (on the road). I was taken aback by the SFA-Grambling score...

That UT-Arlington game vs Texas Southern will be interesting. The Mavs are hoping to move to the top of the SLC this year and the Tigers have already knocked off a team that one would assume was a pretty strong side...though I guess, we're still learning...

They were expecting to beat UAPB by 40. UAPB shot 43% from beyond the arc. Wichita State's Coach Marshall was quoted as saying that UAPB shoot like that all season they will be in the NCAA tournament.

From what i've seen, we will live and or die behind the 3-point line! William Byrd is killin the 3!!!
 
paul quinn falls to troy in troy 133 - 131 ot. maybe paul quinn is better than I gave them credit for. they beat southern and almost took troy out.
