Southern pitching did a good job in the game, particularly the starter. He was not overpowering but very effective with location and change of speed. We left too many on base and committed too many error.

Quality pitching depth is what's going to make or break us, and it's something we don't have right now.

Valley lost to Arkansas State 9-0 Tuesday. Yesterday's game was cancelled due to the rain

Weekend series against Abilene Christian in Texas. Devilettes have TAMU-CC and SFA in the UH Tourney
