Who has given up beef or has slowed down on eating it as much?
I've alway been a chicken and turkey type, but I've noticed that I don't eat nearly as much beef as I use to. Now I need to slow down on the fried foods, too. Don't know if my tastebuds have changed, but just don't feel a desire to eat beef as much. Like I have a taste for a burger, I'd much rather have a turkey burger, especially if it's from Ruby Tuesday (soooooo good, if ya'll haven't tried it already). I can still appreciate a steak, but I only eat those maybe 2 times a year or so. Well, I'm unless I'm having fajitas from Chilli's, then I like to mix chicken and beef.
So just wondering what if I decided to eliminate beef from my diet all together.
I know Yvette hasn't eaten beef in a long time, but who else?
Heard laying off the beef is better for your disgestive system. So, have you felt a difference in your body? Benefits? Your experience, please?
