I agree. If, and I said if, he was in on this from the git go, how in the hell did he think he could get away with this? He is a bigger idiot than "the orange one".
 
If he did stage it they should kill his character off Empire. Also, there are actors who used Honosecual slurs that can’t get a job.

The case will play out how it plays out, but the lack of discernment across the board has been wild to watch play out in real time. Then again, seeing how black people have been unabashedly signal-boosting white supremacists in relation to the case, I guess it should have been completely predictable.

I got tired of hearing him trying to sing with that thin ass voice every episode on Empire anyway,lol. Thats Part of the reason I stopped watching. Im starting to believe the rumor that he was getting firedis true.

There was a rumor of this happening anyway

I wonder if he is gonna go and get heterosexual and racism sensitivity training since it appears he lied

Also there might be a tie in to Kamala Harris and the LGBT community using/staging this to rush through that Anti-Lynching that pretty much gave the LGBT a protected class status. Even white politicians complained about it

I was giving him the benefit of the doubt until he said he was the Tupac of the LBTQ community.

Brother is not only going to need help for his current mental state but for the serious backlash. This is a career ending like scandal that can take it's toll on everyone around him including his "acting family."

Seems like there is more that has yet to come out.

Still don’t know how this is gonna turn out, but if it’s not in Jussie Smollett’s favor, then I too think it will have an affect on his family, especially his sister Jurnee.

His career is over. I think he has some issues. I feel that there is no craze over him being a Gay public figure anymore so he is trying to stay relevant by any means necessary.

Concerning Empire I wish it would end. There is no imagination anymore and the plots go too fast. I can’t really see him in any other role and I truly believe he will be type cast moving forward. Tara hi is going to get hers along with Terrence. Also the others are just add on’s.
