Chicago Police said that the scratches on Smollett's face were self inflicted, but the Nigerian brothers did punch him a few times at the staged attack. They also said that he and the brothers were talking to each other on the phone within an hour before the attack. Mama said "knock you out", but the Nigerian brothers should be charged as an accessory to Smollett's felony disorderly conduct charge.

But the felony disorderly conduct charge is the result of the false report and has nothing to do with the fake attack.

(720 ILCS 5/26-1) (from Ch. 38, par. 26-1)
Sec. 26-1. Disorderly conduct.
(a) A person commits disorderly conduct when he or she knowingly:

(5) Transmits or causes to be transmitted a false
report to any public safety agency without the reasonable grounds necessary to believe that transmitting the report is necessary for the safety and welfare of the public; or

Jussie should only be charged. Paying somebody to beat you up is not a crime.

He told his Empire co-stars that he did nothing wrong. The judge if this goes to trial is going to make an example out of him. Jussie. Kenya’s the Gays, black gays, black people, and Trump people against him. LOL....he might as well move to a small country town where there are no televisions.

Love you to the moon pvdt, but what he should have done was take his depressed, mad-cuz-he-ain't-getting-enough-money-or-attention, dramatic self to get some help! I'm not making light of him if he is diagnosed as depressed, but if you need some help, screw all this dumb crap and get you some help...................PLEASE AND THANK YOU!

What makes me so mad is that we have a racist in the white house and he made this foolish stuff up which gave other racist a reason to ignore minorities when something really happens. Black folks have it hard enough as it is and he played the race card out of ignorance. The old saying of a fool and his money shall soon part is so true. The devil is busy. He will make a fool out of you if you allow it.

What chafs my hide is all the Black-on-Black killings going on in Chicago, he gone get up here and try to stage a racial hate crime scenario! We all know Jussie Smollett is a proud openly gay dude and we all have heard him speak concerning oppression/unfair treatment towards homosexuals and transgenders. Goodie gumdrops! But it would’ve really been nice to also see him use his celebrity status to bring attention to the crime/killings going in the Black community by the Black community and those committed by the police as well.
