We are actually getting ahead of the arms race. Not many on our level have a covered turf practice Pavillion (that will eventually be enclosed). Nor a football complex.

Yep, most of the cost of their practice facility was for the operations building and what's in it. Not knowing what kind of turf and what type of track they are getting is where the cost will be.
