USM uniform pattern is the same as JSU only difference is the number and letter font..

With schools like JSU, it's hard to mess up so bad to the point that the unis are hideous with your school colors (same with Valley).
I think @jag4life might be on to something. If Grambling drops that same color scheme for their unis but it has a Swoosh or X on it, most would say they have the best unis in the SWAC

It's really hard to mess up a black, gold and white uni ...
However, it's also really easy to be basic with that scheme as well (and in this case, basic is good). I was hoping USM had an all-gold set with the black numbers and white piping. I hate the black numbers with gold piping on an all-gold uni.

Maybe, but you have to admit Nike has more variance in their designs. Russell is mainly cookie-cutter. They take one or 2 patterns and give it to everyone.

No actually schools can request more. They don't. There are a lot of variances in Russell designs also, plus they do custom designs as well.
They wear that design because they want to.
How many schools have worn this same Nike design? A lot.
A lot of their featured teams have the same structural design with just a piping or color block change.
Russell sucks man...it goes beyond the uniforms on the field.
Heck, FAMU athletics had to call Russell out on twitter last season which forced Russell to apologize after a bunch of FAMU fans jumped on them. They only care about the schools that have individual contracts with them.
Team apparel is trash...the best FAMU gear I have is made by Nike and Adidas. Russell is inconsistent.

Yep.....These are some of PV's designs and our Camo Uniform was different from what anyone else has.
