What sports fan DOESN'T have the sports package if they have cable?

Also, you are talking about the people on the board who are saying they are going....dude do you know that this board is not even a tiny fraction of the supporters of ANY of our schools? How can you even THINK to gauge interest in this game from this board?
 

but lets be real....we can't get SU fans to attend a baseball game when their team is winning on a beautiful Saturday or even a basketball game so your asking them to come in droves on a Thursday?

but the burden will fall on TSU....the game will depend on their record lie it has in the past.....

with this school of communications at TSU getting an upgrade...maybe TSU should consider an access channel like HCC and the local school districts have and put them on cable so at least their games are being broadcasted in the local area...
 
OK... the experts on this board have spoken.

The success of this game rests solely on Texas Southern alumni and fans. Broadcasting games on television is a crap shoot. If we are going into this game without a win, our alumni, the SWACPage, the SWAC, ESPNU and HBCU fans as a whole are in for four hours of pain, agony and suffering.

Steve Wilson.... it's all on you.
