Yep, he's 20 and has 4 years of eligibility. That's what matters. No different than football players who play minor league baseball and then go to college, i.e. Quincy Carter and Chris Weinke.

he's a foreigner and most schools place them in a prep school in the US for 1 year to get them straight for the Clearinghouse. They don't make the jump straight from the islands unless their academically sound....you may have to wait on him.
