If you are serious...the best thing that you can do is hire a personal trainer for a month. How do you think that LL and 50 because all cut up.
 
You should do at least 30 minutues of cardio each time your work out. You want to reduce the fat around your mid-section. Carido and eating a healthy diet wil help reduce that. Yes, abdominal crunches will work to strenghen and build up those muscles, but they will not be seen unless the fat around your mid-section is diminished.

SEX is out of the question!!! And I don...er...ain't got LL and Fitty's money to be paying for some trainer. I'd just have to go back to the gym and "workout" by the trainers and eavesedrop! :lmao:

Constrict your abs and try to isolate your muscles during every workout you do. Your core is vital in all exercises. Cardio is great but it depends on your body weight. Some people need 20 mins. like myself. Most need 30 mins. or more. Do you want to develop lean muscle? What do you eat?
