Tonal Drums-Corp sounding Drum Sections in HBCU bands.

i think a marching band drum section should sound like a basic jazz set. snare tom bass and cymbal. i hate quads except on funky four. just my personal oppinion.

Well I like the traditional HBCU drumline sound, but I have incorporated bass rums prior to build ups, our bass drums are tonal, but they are not pitched high like corps drums, they go from lower to lowest lol...usualy they'll play 1 e and a 2 e and a 3 e and a 4 e and a, and go back to the grove...i like that...but not some of the other crap i hear.
