My dad hated Jane Fonda; and everything she stood for. For her to pose or even visit North Vietnam at that time was sickening. That's just like Beyounce going to Afghanistan and possing on a tank with the Taliban.

I am too young to know the story personally, but from what I do know it was the most inexcusable act that a citizen could outside of just going on over to the other side. Me personally, I think that she should have been brought up on charges as a traitor. Now she is making money off of it..

I dont know the whole story, but if what you guys are saying is true, then she need to donate the money from the book to Vietnam vets across America.

Yep ...........every word is true.
She was posing and "riding" anti-aircraft guns that were used to shoot down American aircraft while the war was going on.
This book is the only reason she is saying "she is sorry". Trying to make that money and re-invent herself on 20/20 and other shows.
BTW: Dude just ran outside the store. He didn't try to get away.

Man yall know what, There are some Vietnam Vets who felt the same way as Jane Fonda did over some 30 years ago. Just because she spoke her conscience; just because some fugging dyck-head don't agree with her politics he spits in her face??? I wonder if he would have spat in her face if she was a man? If she felt the war was wrong she had a right to protest it. Ali thought the war was wrong, so did MLK and Malcolm X.
