Yall did Coach Evans wrong.
Looking at the game tonight on TV, ya'll were the ones with 5 fans. Remembering the other game they had on TV had 7 fans there, their regular 5 plus the 2 PV Alums that came over after our alumni meeting.

Ive heard too many different stories... so I wont put any rumors out.... He would have broken all of Obbie Trotters scoring records at AAMU if he would have stayed his senior year.

Looks like Trant might wanna shake Pettaway's hand next time LMAO..Aight JSU men Lets finish the season off Strong and hopefully get healthy since we are on our third string PG (but we have a DEEP bench this year so I aint too worried). Lets keep Pressing teams and wearing them down Anderson since we have the Depth this year and offensive firepower and that Height. With the talent we got this year its ALL OR NOTHING (we will lose a lot) and thats Reg Season, Tourney Champs, and a Nice seed and hopefully win in the NCAA (yea hopefully). It plenty of ball left to play so Lets get it. O and JSU women just make the Tourney LMAO..at least smh

Just cant see it... knowing the style of defense AAMU runs Jeremy Crutcher is going to be sticking any point guard.... the 2 guard Hester doesnt play any defense .... cant see any 3s or 4s sticking Trant. So did he shake Pettaway hand after the game? lol....... I sure Hester was happy to play against him... they were inseperable at AAMU... I think they were roomates...Hester is the reason Trant started to get tatted up. Pettaway and Trant may not get along now... but Trants teamates talk about how the miss him all the time on facebook. Inman, Hester and Cantey were close with Trant.

I myself don't know specific details, but if I had to speculate, it would be due to clash of styles...If you know anything about Pettaway, he is definitely old school. He will call you out, put you on blast as a way of motivating you. Soon as you make a mistake on the court, he will take you out. The problem is, current breed of players like Trant don't respond positively to this style of coaching. I recently had a student that went to AAMU about 2 or 3 years ago. He pretty much told me you have to have thick skin to play for Pettaway these days...It is what it is...

The thing I dont understand is Pettaway let Trant do WHATEVER he wanted to do on the court.... Trant could shoot from half court and Pettaway wouldnt say NOTHING to him.... let anybody else miss a layup and they were coming out the game. When I first learned Trant was at PV.... I said on here he would never get the green light to do whatever he wanted with another coach like he did with Pettaway.

that wasnt it.... Pett aint never say nothing to Trant lol... Trant wasnt even enrolled in school.. he came to Pettaway a day after registration closed trying to get help enrolled in school.... by then it was too late.... Pettaway wanted him to just sit out the year and come back the next year.. next thing u know Trant was at PV.

I wouldnt say heads and toes above the rest.... We lost to Jackson by 2, Texas So by 4 and beat Valley by 11 in Mississippi

AAMU bball players twitter pages had me rollin.... they were clowning Pettaway for Trant not shaking his hand. Im glad their pages are closed because if Pettaway knew how the players really felt about him, we may not have a scholarship player on the team this year lol Its a reason we have lost 17 players the past 3 years. We lost an entire recruiting class from last year... 7 freshmen and all of them transferred.
