They can't be a family member. Nothing in the law about just being romantically involved.

But they technically weren't BF and GF, and it isn't ILLEGAL. All they'd do is transfer her out, which I'm hearing they did (for now).

CEE, he's knocking up men on campus too. That's the real scandal behind all of this.
The Little Miss SU chick will be fine. She might even become a 6month internet celebrity behind this. Americans love sex tapes lol
The wife will be hurt for a while though. she might need counseling.

You do realize dude got his PhD from JSU, which means more than likely he shared his love there too. Perhaps this is why folks at JSU can't balance a checkbook.

More than likely is not good enough. There's no evidence that he was negatively influenced while at JSU but there's factual evidence that he was definitely negatively influenced and corrupted while at su.

There's probably no evidence because JSU folks didn't care about his shenanigans, like all the other shenanigans that get ignored at JSU until it is almost too late, such as the Da Queen's shenanigans that currently has the university cutting programs left and right. At least there are individuals at SU who are concerned enough to bring exposure to this mess. Folks just don't wake up one morning and start doing crazy stuff.

That's the state's oversight team's problem. If you want to blame somebody, blame them White folks that allowed her to do what she wanted.

We'll do just like another SWAC school did in Mississippi, when the university received several lawsuits for allowing an administrative person to use her position to force other women into performing explicit sex acts (licking) with her. She was promoted and given a raise. But I'm sure you are going to say it was White folks fault.

But considering his position on campus, this would have to affect his reputation and the confidence in his ability to do his job, especially with the other stuff hovering around him.
 
At the end of the day the biggest problem is that the news and media Outlets will put in big bold print..SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY..
