And another thing JR is that during the year JSU and su was suspended, su didn't have a snowball's chance in hades of making it to the SCG, so I'm sure that had something to do with yall's nonchalant attitude about the ban. It didn't bother you all any how.:emlaugh:

Heck, Grambling didn't even have a chance in hades to win the SWAC basketball title that year either, so perhaps THIS is why many weren't too bent out of shape about a basketball ban. They KNEW they weren't going anywhere, ban or no ban.:emlaugh:

ON THE OTHER HAND, JSU was front and center eligible to make the SCG, especially with Therriault. Perhaps this had something to do with JSU folks being a bit more uptight against the ban than others.

Sometimes it's good to look at the "other side" of the debate every once and a while.:tup:

I see the only people whining is JSU, sheesh lol. SU football team was banned but you don't seem them crying damn they are soft in sssippi lol. Reminds me of gnats or a nagging women. rotfl

If JSU's basketball or football team was picked to finish dead last or close to it, I wouldn't give a damn either.:snicker:

Nope.
We just doing what we said we was going to do 3 years ago when the shoe was on the other foot. What do JSU have to whine about. We are good for post season events in every sport for 2013. :lol:
 
The standard was set that any teams receiving APR Sanctions from the NCAA are banned from the SCG. Why should it be revoked because the teams changed? Fair is fair. If you are banned, suck it up and improve your scores. I remember when JSU/SU got banned and their was collective rejoicing on the Board. You other folks just need to do better

Not how we had to sit up and read all 10001 of those threads of them crying, bytching, moaning, and acting like they were on their menstrual cycles going on and on about sorry ass Doug Williams, his sorry ass son, the sorry ass back-up quarterback, that sorry ass band, sorry ass mascot, and the sorry ass administration at that school!!! :slap:

I thought Kenn got clarity on this as well via his email correspondence with an NCAA official? Postseason is postseason (as far as events after regular season), but the ban only applies to one of the two types of postseason events: NCAA-sponsored.

Pretty much....but question why is BH concerned anyway Alcorn doesnt even know what a SWAC Championship game looks like....and I dont even speak to Valley fans about sports! GTFOH.........

who's complaining and having a hissy fit? im confused....:confused: just simply stating to the other lone Valley poster that we(JSU alums) do not speak to historical loser schools....

We have one of the Best APRs in the SWAC along with winning sports programs.....We Started from the Bottom now we Here..like my boy Drake say! :lol:
