I don’t know but if you were cool with the last BD or staff and this new guy comes in and makes it hard for you or changes/calls you out on your bad habits what you think will happen?

this could have been avoided if the school hired an Ocean grad to be on the staff. The new staff is composed of Jukebox & Boom alum.

I don’t support alumni of other schools being the head director of another program (unless it’s some small CIAA or SIAC band).

I think every band should have at least one alum on the staff to make sure they’re upholding the traditions and culture.

The drum instructor is a TSU grad -
