I think she's smart to certain degree. She knows how to cut corners and get over on people for sure. She definitely knows what tactics to use to get what she wants/needs. It takes some kind of people skills to do this effectively. And by working in real estate, I'm sure she's had plenty of practice mastering that.

Now this is where she's dumb... She has a false sense of pride. She gets to a place that she thinks she's the world's greatest, and all the world should bow down to Miss New York. When in reality, we know she's far from being that. Secondly, she hasn't quite learned how to keep her mouth shut yet. Her mouth gets her in serious trouble. She'd be much, much better off once she calms it down some.
