Fortitude said:I really believe this scripture. I remember one Sunday deciding to eat in at Piccadilly (I always go thru take out on Sunday) and as I sat down a little, 65ish, Black man came and stopped at my table. I looked at him and spoke; he only smiled. He motioned, asking if he could sit at my table and although puzzled, I obliged. I noticed he had a silk hankerchief around his throat & realized he was a mute. At first I was uneasy but immediately, this scripture came to mind & I warmed up to him (because at first I was like we're the first ones here & with all of these empty tables in this place & you HAVE to sit w/me.) I talked to him & he nodded and smiled and pointed at things to help me understand what he was trying to say. I finished my meal and thanked him for eating w/me and left him there. From that day 2 yrs ago to this one I've NEVER seen that man there again. I'm glad I didn't get up & move or box my food up and leave because I felt uncomfortable. :angel2:
