Scores 9-28-02

JR,
I aint never been a fan of Yech. They've always been sorry. They can never win a big game. Call them the Buffalo Bills, just like jsue.

GSupe,
The ACC is the worst major conference in the country. Look for Yech to finish no higher than 4th!
:snicker:

At the beginning season I picked Texas and Florida for the Fiest Bowl. Of course Miami and Tennessee were a threat in my opinion. Now, Miami is much more than a threat while Tennessee will have to show me lot more. Despite Florida's win over Tennessee, they will have to show me something too. Frankly, it is a down year for the SEC. (SEC fans will not admit it.) They have only one win over a non-conference BCS opponent.

Texas A&M, Virginia Tech and Georgia were my sleeper picks. Well, A&M's offense is stuck in neutral. So they are off of the list. Despite Georgia's win over Clemson and South Carolina, I am less than impressed with the 'dawgs. But Virginia Tech is now more than a threat. They have the defense, running game and special teams to go to Tempe.

Despite their win over the Wildcats, Kentucky took it to Florida by scoring 34 points in Gainesville. Note that Miami scored 41. An interception killed Kentucky.

It was reported on the Onnidan Board that Kentucky State defeated UAPB 47-44 in 4 OTs. Haven't seen confirmation anywhere, but the person who posted the score said he listend to the game, so It's probably legit.
