Scores 9-28-02

Let's give props to Langston; their coaches obviously watched tape, and developed a strategy (something a few SWAC coaches have no clue). Too many miscues by the G-MEN, which made the score close.

Is anybody watching Iowa St put it to Nebraska?:eek2: It is late in the 3rd qtr and the score 26-14 Iowa State.

Hey at least you got the win. Sometimes you don't get up for these kind of games. Remember GSU has a young team. They will learn to put teams like this away. Maybe Langston really has improved. Anyway just be glad you got the win. It could have been worse. Doug will refocus the team next week.

Is ABC carrying this game? If so, this is one of the low points of leaving in the east caost -- I am forced to watch Big 10 football (sucks) -- I got Michigan and Illinois.

I wish I had Georgia Tech and North Carolina, which is also showing on ABC.

Go Jackets!

I understand fully where you are coming from. It's just that if they have the same mentality or don't "GET UP" next week, PV could sneak em and I know no one wants that to happen.

LOL@MH. Man, why you don't like GT? Anyway my grad school alma mater Ohio State took care of their business. I know Gsupe don't like Big Ten action. :D

I think that Georgia Tech will win quite a few games this year. To me the jury is still out on Georgia. I have a feeling that Ohio State will make a strong move for the Big Ten title and the Fiesta Bowl. OSU was not even one of my sleeper picks for the Fiesta Bowl.

GSupe,
Sorry arse Tech is gonna win 21-13.

:20 left in 4th quarter

LOL @ MH. They pulled the Michigan/Illinois game for ISU/ Nebraska one. JR, the Big 10 is arguably the fouth best conference behind the SEC, Pac-10 (yes the Pac-10), and Big 12 (in that order).

MH, November 9th my friend -- November 9th. Tech lost Hollings (the nation's leading rusher), and my homeboy Greg Gathers (an All-America at DE), and still will win the ACC!

I agree that the Big 10 is probably the 3rd or 4th best conference. But I am just glad to see Tressel get O-State back on track. I tell you what though. The SEC is not as strong as they usually are. I am watching Kentucky push Florida to the limit in the SWAMP. BTW, I am never convinced about the Pac -10. They are soft in the post season.

EB,
Va Tech is my sleeper team. Of course they will have to beat Miami. I am also pulling for Ty W at ND. But he still does not have the talent yet . I predict ND and Ohio State will start dominating that area. Michigan is finished. Tressel and Ty will get all the players now. Miami will probably repeat as National champs.

SOG, man I didn't know you were a Pac-10 fan. LOL.
I am watching USC- Oregon State now. USC just can't get back to their old dominate ways back in the 70's and 80's.
