My question is how much money have these schools made playing in the FCS playoffs? If the answer is none they have to be the dumbest people this side of the moon. It is like working for free.

They don't care because massa pats them on the head for the playoffs.

So it has to be true, that's the talk up here. Shocked the MEAC is doing it how they always down the SWAC for not participating in the playoffs.

According to the Times and Democrat, SCSU officials repeatedly borrowed and repaid money reserved for federal land grant programming; more than $6.5 million between 2006 and 2013. The money, which qualifies for matching grants from state funding, is provided to subsidize agricultural cooperative extension and community development initiatives under 1890 federal regulations.

d2 here they come.

Could the new lower-tier game be the SWAC/MEAC game?

Twenty years ago there were 18 bowl games. Now there are 38, plus a national championship game — four more bowls than last season, including two at stadiums that seat just 25,000 and 15,000. Next year, bowl organizers are set to add another new lower-tier game that might be fortunate to draw more than 25,000 fans.

The state of South Carolina has tried to kill SC State plenty of times. The fed govt basically stepped in and bailed them. I wouldn't joke about it though. SC State was the victim of good ole boys with ill intentions.

I interviewed Floyd Kerr Director of Athletics at Morgan State University last Saturday 12/20/14 on The Carlos Brown Show. Floyd reported that a HBCU bowl game will take place in 2015 in Atlanta before Christmas between the SWAC and MEAC. MEAC Presidents and AD's have vetted the process and have agreed to this bowl game. Both conferences will receive 1 million dollars. Floyd Kerr stated that an announcement will be coming very soon. This HBCU bowl game will not affect the SWAC/MEAC challenge opening game of the season.

So, each school is going to get $100,000 apiece.
