Real Talk! This could have been the reason the dog attacked you.

Right after graduating high school. My best friend got married and his wife became pregnant. Right after birth of their son he got a pit! My boy is not into fighting dog or whatever. Anyway, the pit and the kid basically grows up together. Fast forward like 4 years later. My boy is at home and his son did something wrong. The dog is on the patio with the glass door close. My boy start whipping his son for whatever he did and the next thing you know is the pit is in the house. The dog broke the sliding glass door!!!!!! And got in between the Son and kid! Dude had to call his wife home to get the dog! LOL

Well I just got off the phone with Animal control and they informed me that they will release the dog on the 20th.. So GUD will know by then if everything is ok..... PRAY FOR A BROTHER TSPN..... Im told if they come back to get the dog a current rabie shot and get some type of county license( I didnt understand what they meant by this)
will have to be applied for... Gonna have to ask my barber what animal control meant... I know those people are probably saying if this ninja dont stop calling here everyday.....

I know Cee!!!! Its just funny how she wouldnt move off that couch a few months ago nor bark when I would stop by there... But since about 3 or 4 weeks ago she started growling at me and chasing at me... Thank God each time I was at either the front door or bedroom door and was able to close it. This last time I was standing in the middle of the room and couldnt run or close the door.... Like I told them ill take 15% of the blame because I should have remembered that FOOL was in there... It just slipped my mind I had just got up from a nap.

the dog we have now is the exact way with my youngest sister bc they grew up together. me and my sis got into it bad when she was in high school and that damn german shepard growled something vicious at my ass during the fight. i thought she was gonna tear the door down. my sister and that dog are inseparable.
 
It's all a matter of how the owner treats the dog and the degree socialization once you get the dog. With a pit, dobie, staffie, and American Bully, you have to start RIGHT THEN AND THERE.

Very, very important... I have been taking my GS to the store, dog parks, etc., since he was a small pup I brought home in a shoe box... Very socialized around people and other dogs... Still has his protective instincts though!

We were just discussing this at work yesterday. My co-workers friend had a Pitbull that was maybe 3 yrs old at the time. The dog was raised since a pup. Well that day, one of her friends came over to visit. The friend was a 86 yr old Diabetic Lady. Out of no where the pitt attack the woman for knocking on the door. She bled horribly. Being that she is Diabetic its taken her many months to recover.

I want a dog for myself and kids. However, temperment is vital. Especially with my 2 kids, ages 6 and 7.

I would fight a Dog Like a Dude if it was to attack my children!!!!!
