Wow, glad you are ok! Several months ago, a man was killed in this area by his friend's pitbulls....yes more than one. Damn things went straight for his neck!

DAAAAAAAAANG!!!! Hope you are alright, HEY I am like you and I don't trust them and the people that have them actually!

Damn I hope you shot that damn dog!

Im good this shi*hurts like BADDDDD!!!! got some good meds though...... The Dog was picked up today and it got UGLYYYY over at their place when I went to pick my money up for my four prescriptions. Gonna ask me why I didnt just tell the Animal Control that I didnt know whose dogs it was... They wanted me to lie because of their warrants with various Cities.... Im like thats you all damn problem not mine... I had the optional to file charges im like yall keep fuccin with me and im gonna pay the reporting police station a visit... They already told me if I change my mind just let them know... I was trying to be nice because she has six kids.... SMH SMH

I remember a few years ago going over my buddy's crib in Jackson and he had a Rot. So as I approach the back door to get in, this mutt jumps out a me. I screamed at the top of my lungs and slammed the door in its face. LOL.

Glad you didn't suffer any serious injuries in dealing with that pitbull. But I wonder what role these dog owners play in how aggressive and violent their pets are?

Consider yourself blessed. A man in Florida was attacked by two pit bulls and had one arm completely severed and they were working on the other one. Those PETA supporters who were protesting against Michael Vick can go to hell. Those dogs are only good for fighting each other. After their fighting days are over they need to be put down.

Im with you CatDaddy!!! Never have liked them. If PETA knew how I felt right now they would be outside my yard protesing. Mannn I had to fight for my life on that ground. Imagine if she would have gotten my neck or something. THEM MOFOS GOT ATTITUDES BRUH !!!!

It's all in how the dog is raised. I know people with both pits and rots that were the most playful and friendly dogs that I've ever seen. This one rot weighs almost 100 pounds, and dog must've licked me at least 1000 times the last time i saw it. It would've been in my lap on the couch, but the owners don't allow the dog to climb on the furniture. Same thing with a pit. It's all in how the owner raises the dog.

GUD, sorry that you got hurt and glad that you are ok.

Pit bulls should be banned point blank period. This is how I feel in general.

If you choose to own an pit and he attacks someone, you should be charged with assault. If he kills someone, you should be charged with murder.

This past Thanksgiving, I was visited my friend here who has a pit. I have known my friend and the pit since the pit was a puppy. However, I made the mistake of trying to pet him while he was eating. He bit the h3ll out of me and locked on to my wrist for at least two minutes before he let go. In addition to puncturing and tearing the skin he nearly had broken my wrist. Although, I think I was at fault for trying to pet him while he was eating, I wont go near that thing now.

As an owner of a pitbull...I gotta ask. What did YOU do to provoke him?

I know there are some ignant pits out here. But, 90% of them, no matter how crazy, don't mess with anyone "unless" provoked in some way. So, what did YOU do?

Don't have to provoke animals all the time. They are animals and not humans, just because they are trained doesn't mean they won't get wild in an instant, it's in their nature.

I covered that....

Well, then my question REALLY has merit, cuz Pitbulls are not "naturally" an attacking dog. Dog are protective...that's a given. But, so are ALL animals. Pits just so happen to be and stay on the more aggressive side of being protective. "Wild", as you used it, can also be a by product of being "protective"...and, not just a by product of being rabid terror by nature. Dogs, especially dogs of that ilk, have to be trained/taught to go the extent most pitbulls stereotypically go as far as being aggressive. That's why I asked.

Now that is a no no. My lil Maltese don't weigh but 10lbs and he will growl at you for messing with his food. Never touch a dogs food. They don't play about that food.

Naw...y'all need to give up the argument its all in the training. Some of these dogs take off their owners faces, arms, bite children then were raised with etc. So, that dog don't hunt literally. My child also had pits--they get to fighting with roaming dogs and you can't stop it, get them off, etc. Dogs I'll never own again: Pits, Rotts, Shar Pei or Chow. They aren't made for families.

I think the dog shoud be put down. I'm shocked that a woman with 6 children would have this type of dog. But then again, you did say 6 kids and hadn't mentioned a father so par for the course.

GUD, I hope you get better, but let me tell you right now, cutting her slack is the worse thing you can do. Hold her/his feet to the fire nad let An Control know if you see them roaming. Save a life while you can...
