Party don't stop. :tup: :tup:
It sure don't...cuz regardless of who ain't gonna be there, I know who is. :nod: And other SUnites will most definitely be all over the house...believe that.

Actually, FAMU will bring a good crowd as well...this will be a great game! :tup:

LB, I sure hope so! However, the "Last Son of Big Thunder" will be playing Pop Warner/Park Football for the first time this fall, so I am hoping that we don't have a conflict. The other two fellas are out of the nest, so to speak, and it is Brandon's turn now. I sure hope I don't miss too much this coming fall.

LOL at Brandon about get his time to shine with big brothers out the door. Son #2 will get his first test against FAMU right out the gate. He'll get to face a band his older brother didn't.

Well I plan on flying to the ATL either Friday night or Saturday morning. More than likely Friday night and roll to B-ham on Saturday. Maybe we can get our other LB around the corner from you to load up the Nissan Armada and make that road trip. LOL.

I know I'm going to be there. THE PARTY SHOLE WON'T STOP IF WE BEAT THEM.

This is a very important year for this event. If the SWAC/MEAC Challenge doens't bring in decent numbers this year, it could be in some trouble down the line..... I served as one of the speakers on the High School seminar last year, and have been involved in the planning of the event for the past few years. Southern and FAMU actually were the initial choices for 2006. But after the season Grambling had in 05, and some input from yours truly about a Grambling-Hampton matchup in 06, it made sense. for the teams to tangle. SO SU and FAMU were bumped to 2007. I've been trying to persuade them to get out of the Birmingham area for this event. But, the Birmingham deal is damn near free.

Bruh, that sounds like a plan; here's to hoping that it all works out....:tup:

:banana:Me and mine will be deep in that BATCH!!!!:banana:

5 rolling to B-Ham and 4 or 5 flying to Chi-Town ..... 1,500 at the most for the trip to Chi-Town.

This game will be lucky to attract 20K. :banana::banana: :banana:With Bama State playing Jacksonville State in Montgomery at 1 pm and A&M plays TN St that night in Nashville the two schools will have to carry the day. Sunday would have generated better numbers.

You tell me what SU and FAMU has to do with AAMU, Tn State, Bama State and Jacksonville State? I don't care who is there or not, all I know is that JAG-BR will be there. It could be me and the Jukebox in the stands only, some students and the SGA. We will make noise by our d@mn self.

:lol:

Dude, dont be delusional. Those 2 teams could be playing on the moon and they'll still draw a very good crowd.

LOL@Alum
:lol::lol:

I think 04 was the last time we where in Bham, anyway I'm willing to bet our crowd dayum near matched ya'll's. But I say that to say this why do we go through this argument about attendance when your SUperior is obviously better than you year in and year out. In a bad season we average better crowds than you do in a great season.

So we will DEFINITELY see who will have the better attendance that day: asu v. j-ville state; aamu v. whoever, or SU vs. FAMU.

Um, JC was the one saying the game would be luckily to draw 20,000, but MH was bragging about when we met in the Championship game and they beat us if i'm not mistaking so JC he told you off.
