Why is that it seems that PV can come in get all these Houston kids but we at TSU have a hard time getting them to stay in the city? I mean we get a few but it seems like PV gets them all.

Prairie View is getting all the Aldine ISD, Houston ISD, Katy ISD, Fort Bend ISD, Pearland ISD (missed about 10 more ISD) kids?

I've seen Prairie View A&M University fans posting twitter pics of "alleged" NLI being signed and stating they will Further their Education at Prairie View A&M however when I do the same exact thing I'm told it's not official until the university announces it. What's the difference?
