JSU: New Women's BBall Coach

Bwahhahahaha ha haha hahaha
What Robber said shole was funny
What Robber aint telling you is that HE is the main one that wanted Braddy, A PROVEN WINNER, gone.
So Robber should be tickled pink that Surina is the new coach. This is what he wanted. So no need for
him to complain about the hire. He is the one that wanted ANYBODY but Braddy the winner. So I dont understand
his complaint.
I wish Coach well. Hope she never loses a game. I'll be there rooting for her teams. But I wouldn'a hired her.

GR,
Wasn't Braddy just doing the job after yall fired Culbertson? I thought Braddy wanted to go back to retirement. I mean I understand the new President came in and basically told him he could go ahead a start retirement. But wasn't that Coach Braddy's plan all along? It just happened 6 months earlier due to Vivian coming on board.

U Mad?

THEY pushed him out JR

If they would let him, he would still be here. But they just had to have SOMEBODY ELSE.

According to the clarionledger.com..Meyers said instead of retiring in May retire in January so they could start the process in looking for a new AD..Hindsight is MF Braddy was good at hiring coaches that knew how to win...But it was so much corruption going on in the Athletic Dept it aint even funny how much money we lost...Also like I said before we were almost kicked out the NCAA but all we had to do was make sure our appeal paperwork was turned in on time....If we could have Braddy win like mentality and TFO - Academic qualifications combined in one AD we would be on to sumtin...BUT WE DONT AND THEY BOTH SUCK!

Oh okay. I thought it was your new President who did when she got there. I just thought she wanted her own AD. Didn't know there were some behind the scene stuff going on to push Braddy out. Well I guess the politics are alive and well at all our schools.

Sounds like our athletic department under LaFleur. I don't know if we had money stolen, probably so but who knows. But we sure didn't know what the hell was going on. We went down as soon as Floyd Kerr was not retained over some politics. So I can sympathize with JSU on this. It ticks me off that our schools have to go through all this and then folks start taking sides with their friends or folks they like instead of looking out for the best interest of the University.

One can only hope JSU's athletic department don't suffer long term. The SWAC needs JSU to be strong. I know we smack and talk trash about our schools. But traditional powers in our conference have to be able to maintain since they have been the face of the conference for a long time. Not only that. But we need each school to step their game up with good hires and doing the right things to grow and succeed in the new NCAA and not old NCAA. The good ole days are gone.
