"Leader of Kings"
I'm I the only one who realize this or is it that most are so ticked off with the nine game mandate that the fact the Jackson state has had three years to comply with the new rule but has found a way year after year to not adhere to the conference mandate completely go over everyone's head that they are violating conference rules?
When Prairie View ignored the SWAC office mandate not bring their band at a certain number of games they had a contract in place but were still fine and rightfully so because the point of a fine to punish.
Yet the SWAC office has let Jackson state get away with not playing a complete SWAC schedule the last three years. Whether or not Culbertson made a snafu in the scheduling of TSU (which i doubt) or not is irrelevant that's his fault, they still should be fine.
Every school in the conference has gone through a lot of pain staking time and effort to meet this mandate so I'd like to know from the SWAC office why is Jackson state exempt and not fine?
