I just did some research on where the Bayou Classic could possibly be played and here's what I came up with.
Right now, Houston is out due to the Texans having a game the next day. That is, unless the Texans and the NFL show some compassion to both schools and allow the stadium to be used for the game with Houston hosting a game the next day.
Atlanta is out of the question. There will be high school football playoff games going on all day in the Georgia Dome that Saturday. The NFL rule won't be a factor because the Falcons play the Lions in Detroit that Thursday.
That leaves two more choices and both of these are in the state of Louisiana: Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge and Independence Stadium in Shreveport. I'll start with the biggest stadium first.
It looks like playing in LSU's Tiger Stadium will be out the picture if this takes place:
That was taken from this ESPN article that I just came across.
So, with all of that info, I would think that the Bayou Classic will probably be played in Shreveport. It's only September and a lot of this could change. I'm just putting out the info that I came across.

Saints general manager Mickey Loomis on Thursday told ESPN's Colleen Dominguez the team would prefer to play this season's home schedule in Louisiana and the logical choice would be LSU's Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge. Loomis expects a decision to be reached in a matter of days.
