And ROYAL PURPLE as demonstrated by many ROYAL families over the years is on the darker end of purple.

:smh:.....This is what happens when your band has stunk for so long on so many levels (sound, uniform, Director, logic, footwear, etc). Ya know, this could've actually been a real question. But, when the band you represent stinks from top to bottom....you leave ya'self WIDE open everytime.

GSU's colors are red, black, and gold. thank you all very much. PV needs to have a school wide "Get your pair of Glasses day" because blue is not purple and purple is not blue. which color do you want to wear. talking about GSU's yellow unis, at least we have money to get new ones. and just because we dont wear spats and boots dont mean anything, thats what makes us not a copycat band program. all you people live your unpleasant and unhappy lives worrying about Gram, while we are all just doing it big and enjoying being popular in the real world. and to talk about our Football unis, pleaze be 4real our unis are way better then the majority of the SWAC, and other confrences. they even got new ones, while you other schools are still in them tore up jerseyz from the 80's. our unis sure have us winning games and goin places, while ya sitting at home waiting for next year to have another sorry arse year. What schools from band to the football teams ungrades from old to new? its okay ill wait...............no one but GSU comes to mind. and who even knows of program like Alcorn, MVSU, PV, AAMU, ASU, UAPB, TXSU(except from the stealing incident)? No body but the few HBCU bands ya go to see. the world knows nothing of you guys, do you even go anywhere? what do ya do? SU and GSU are the bands that people know of more than any other program. GSu is the most known and we all know that. it doesnt matter if you call is sorry, garbage, or poo, we still gone do us. with our white shoes and our bass drum. and all this happens in our GSU colors of red, black and gold. noone complains but the haterz that love us the most.

Who said anything about the same. Nobody said PV's uniforms are blue to begin with. They are Royal Purple which is close to and could be mistaken for blue.

Only somebody from GSU would think anything you have posted makes a lick of sense. I bet all your childhood toys were made in China huh?

We are TELLING you that our unis are Royal Purple and Gold. Yet, you continue to mumble about PV wearing Blue and Gold. Why are you wasting our time with something as BASIC as colors? You should have learned this in GRADE SCHOOL.

As for some REAL upgrades...

PV's band JUST got their brand new unis in 2004. They were first worn in Atlanta at the HBOTB in 2004.

The design is similar to the older unis, but there are noticeable differences. But since you can't tell the difference between Royal Purple and Blue, then I don't expect you to notice anything of greater importance.

PV's football team (to my understanding) got their new look in 2003 or 2004 (I think).


OH....and BTW. The only reason why people know GSU's band has NOTHING to do with this era of bands. You're living off your name. So...from now on, even though I really don't care about GSU's band, I will REFUSE to even consider them as the World Famed. You are no longer worthy of that name in my book.

Try trodding your own path, then we can talk about restoring your name...GSU Band.
