At least we get a two week break now. Romain might be back from the sprained knee by then

That's right MEAC teams, win to get your conference champion out of the play-in game and possibly out of the 16th seed
Funny thing is.....Grambling has defeated 2 MEAC already this season.

Our schools need to quit playing the Champion Baptist, Blue Mountain, Wiley, Tougaloo, and Paul Quinn's and play a complete D1 schedule for both basketball and baseball. These sports are the 1's that affect the playoffs (tournament).

NC Central is playing an NAIA school (Truett-McConnell) Dec. 28 and another NAIA school (Montreat College) on Dec. 30 before opening conference play against Maryland-Eastern Shore

They already played D-2 Southern Wesleyan on Dec. 1

But when I said this a couple of years ago after the Champion Baptist fiasco, I was told that we need tune up games in season and that the big boys do the same with us. Difference is that we're D1 just like the big boys. We don't have any business playing NAIA schools (especially multiple NAIA schools in the same season).

TxSU got their 15 seed because they don't play non-D1 schools and SOS. Valley hasn't played one in 5-6 years.

They struggle to get home games against D-1s but they're winning the D-1 games on the road so you can't fault them. Their not under as much financial stress to play bloodbath games
