These Pac12 game commentators just said during the PV vs Oregon game that they like PV's chances of winning their conference AND that a lot of small schools like PV fund their entire athletic department making the men's basketball team play the money games.

How ignorant does that sound? Just say if PV did make $1M off guarantee games that still does not cover 1/4 of the athletic department expenses.

these guys just talk to fill time this time of the year.
 
Announcers get a tidbit of info and repeat it. 90% of their viewers take it as gospel and the next thing you know it is water cooler truth.
 
My girls played Indiana U tough. 64 to 49 final.

JSU took one on the chin to Mercer last night. 58 to 86. It was a 5 point game at the half 38-43. The bottom just fell out in the second half. Still playing without Treshawn Bolden and Chace Franklin.

It got WORST when the SWAC played Utah-those newspaper had NO issue with saying MVSU was playing to fund the department. In fact EVERY article I have seen that mentions the SWAC keeps bringing that up. They don't say that about PWC.

They brought it up a few times during the BYU broadcast and it got irritating fast.
