I've heard this is a possible 3 game suspension. Do they know how much that will hurt ticket sales........especially for homecoming.

exactly what i was thinking frat................musta been somebody who couldnt make it in the band and had a personal vendetta against the band.....believe me if a band is to be suspended for hazing, somebody in the band better had reported it.....and it better had been PHYSICAL!:nod:

On a serious note though, why not just get rid of the folks involved rather than suspending the entire band? The outsiders were probably parents just being concerned about their kids which I can respect, but their kids know what they are getting into so I don't see whats the point in calling home. That's what the directors are there for, drum majors, band captains, and etc. just my $0.02, but in most cases these be the same mofos come back and try to be hard on crabs smh...

The Boom didn't show up so before we knew it, we had bout 20 mofo's blowing Get Ready and Fanfare's at Bamma State using those long plastic horns they used to sell.:lmao:

We had every part covered.
The football team was trippin off us waving towel's and shat.
We laughed our arses off cause every fanfare they played, we played back. :lol:

Thats cuz the Admins not stupid enough 2 suspend the Boom against Grambling when its gonna be televised......


From what i was told, they had this information since it was Open Week.....and common sense would say that wasn't gonna suspend the Boom against Bama St. bcuz it was High School Day........

Just think about it.....

No suspension against ASU cuz of HS day.....no suspension against GSU cuz it will be on TV.....no suspension against UAPB cuz its Homecoming......


HOw u gonna have information 2 weeks prior 2 the suspension and JUST NOW enforcing it......

I was thinking exact same thing. lol. only SU only sells about 5 tickets. so it wont work for this weekend.
 
Welp, just got confirmation from my co-worker who is also asst. band director at a local high school.....they have just been asked to fill in for JSU this Saturday......

It was.
The bruh's from Bamma State that was no longer in the band came over and said ya'll crazy. :lmao:

They said they were sitting over there wondering what we was about to do because we set up in the band section right across from them and started blowing Get Ready after we scored a touchdown.

We were playing and people started migrating down there stomping their feet to the beat swinging side to side. :swink:
