Ok, this is stupid. You suspend the 5 alledged perpetrators if they know who they are and maybe some others if they witnessed the hazing but didn't report it.
Boom.......yall hold it down. This is messed up on many levels. It aint fair to the JSU fans, and other Boom members to be suspended. Hopefully JSU admin comes to their senses. I know we live in the age of lawsuits and all. But isn't it enough just to get rid of the kids who did the dirt? Kick them of school if need be. But don't punish the band. JSU didn't suspend the whole basketball team when a few kids got in trouble a few years ago. The same logic should apply here.

Mann they gone lift that ish watch? When it went down with A&M, it was the same year they were going to the Rose Bowl parade and it was the week of the MCC; they(administration) cancelled everything with the MMW. Bout two days later, the suspension was lifted.

The Football team and the fans feed off of the SBOTS. I've never seen an empty space near those trees in Mumford when JSU plays.

and they might not play for Homecoming. this is not cool.

Today on the steps of the Jackson State Administration building their was a press conference held to address the issues regarding this mater.....

I have a official copy of the press release and was informed that it will be on the JSU site ASAP.......

All Major media was present.....
Clarion Ledger, WAPT (ABC), WLBT (NBC), WJTV (CBS), and myself (Mississippi Link and Jackson Advocate.............

It sort of started off by the Band Hall....
Several Sonic Boom members had on their Band T-Shirts and signs and make it half way to the plaza before WLBT stopped them for a story...

Campus police got involved and shoved the cameraman around and I have that on film.

Just as the students where about to make it to the tower...
Dr. Liddell stopped them and told the student to go back to the Music Buildings Recital Hall.

Then started the press conference

***NOTE>>Despite the Clarion Ledger article....I was told a one day suspension****

It was also stated that the one game suspension stands and the petition is null and void..............

Lidell suspended 250 mofo's for some shat mofo's that don't even have nothing to do with the band "reported".

And then nobody was touched.

Liddell didn't suspend anyone. The university suspended the band.

It's correct. There was a simple error in typing the link. I am attempting to fix it now. This network I'm on is moving kind of slow, so whenever it goes through, it'll be fixed.

Frat..........just think how many mofos or times we would have been suspended back in the day for some mess like this......mental and not touched. Hell they would have had to suspend Doc Greggs himself for mental hazing. LOL.

Man this is some BS. So you mean to tell me somebody outside of the band witnessed some crabs getting verbally abused and went snitched on the Boom members. Must have been someone who wanted to be in the band. SMH. :smh:

The suspension stands....
The petition that they are trying to get signatures will not matter...................

Greg's hazed us in his office everytime we came down if this is the case. :lol:

Beating someone down is one thing but this is just soft.
How in hell you gonna run to momma because someone said something to you or shot you a dirty look.

What happened...................Some rudie poop broke down in tears because a section leader "YELLED" at them.

OH Lawd.
I was picturing mass arse kicking all through the music center when I saw this last night. :lol:
Mofo's in practice rooms, darkened choir rooms, stairwell's.
Pictured mofo's walking with limp's trying to hide the pain.

All this over dirty look's and words. :lol:
