GOOD JOB JERRY JONES AND JASON GARRETT!!

BRAVEHEART123

The Clown Prince of Crime
I see you two are finally starting to see the light. Anybody that watches the NFL knows you only draft OL not Centers, Guards, or Tackles. OL tend to be moved around and put into the position in which they can excel best at. A Right Tackle in college may be a Left Tackle in the NFL. A Guard in college may be a Center in the NFL, etc. And on top of that, we traded down and let SF get whoever they wanted and got another pick in the draft. GOOD JOB.

NOW....Let's shock some more people. Let's try to draft either Eddie Lacey or Monte Ball, if one or both is still available, DRAFT ANOTHER OL, and finally....lets shock the entire NFL.........................Draft Tyrann Mathieu at the Safety Position. I rather take a chance on him than Marcus Lattimore. If Jerry could get Dez Bryant straight (at least for right now it seems). Tyrann Matheiu should be no different.

And I would hope that people are paying attention to the Age of the Cowboys:

Dez Bryant- 24
Demarco Murray- 25
Lawrence Vickers- 29
Travis Frederick- 22
Tyron Smith- 22
Demarcus Ware- 30
Bruce Carter- 25
Morris Claiborne- 23
Sean Lee- 26
Anthony Spencer- 29
Brandon Carr- 26
Tony Romo- 33
Jason Whitten- 30
Dwayne Harris- 25
Phil Costa- 25
Doug Free- 29

Cowboys Nation, If our Head Coach can become a better Playcaller and Game Manager, I tell you what....We Are Going To Have a Chance to Win against any team we play, no matter how many Superstars they have. TEAM OVER SUPERSTARS.

I normally wouldn't post or comment on any topic you make....however, this truly shows me you know absolutely nothing about football or sports for that matter. The cowboys traded down and took a player in the 1st round that they could have easily taken in the second round anyway. They got very little for that move and allowed a conference rival to improve their roster and could have helped themselves out quite a bit with other moves which were available.

This is a prime example of Jerry Jones out-thinking himself once again!

BTW... I'm not a Cowboy Fan or Hater!!!

Game Film doesn't lie. We get some depth on that OL we will have a chance. You are looking at it from a business standpoint. I look at it from what happens on the field.

You don't move down in the draft for DEPTH. You trade into the 1st to get starters.

 at this thread. I think Dallas will be picking first or second NEXT year.

Ain't Tony Romo still thier quarterback???? LOL, enough said.

Football is a Team Sport. Tony won't be throwing as many INTs because he won't have the opportunity most of the time. The Running Backs will be taking snaps away from him :).

Not only Romo is just their QB, but he's their QB for the next 6 years. Dude will be damn near 40 y/o before his contract expires.

I stopped reading right there......

Oh yeah, has anyone heard the footage of Jsquare explaining why they traded down for that guy......?

It's clear Jerry has cottage cheese for a brain. I really do feel sorry for you Cowboy fans.

You have lost your ever loving mind...Tyrann is not a Safety and is way too small...Come on BH know what the hell is going on...at least know the players size...geez just more dumbness...SMH!

Tyrann and Jerry both could possibly be smoking that good shyt after every game next season.

You lost me right here because for one this guy wasn't even the highest rated center and the knock on him is that physically he was more limited than scouts initially thought he was. Based on your arguement, if the 'Boys were going to pull the plug on an OL the obvious choice would have been B. Jones from Alabama. He is rated the top Center in the draft and all the talking heads agree that he could play all 5 position on an NFL O-line. Add that to the fact that he was an All-American at 3 different positions.

To cap off this CRAZY post of yours, you said that the 'Boys need to draft Tyrann Mathiu, all 5'9 (maybe 5'10) 175 +5 lbs of him as a safety.

SHUT DA DOOR because that Jerry Jones Disease is starting to spread to the Cowboy nation. When its all said and done, Jerry will be considered just as loco as Al Davis.

That's today's NFL, be white and produce some numbers and you get paid. Now if that was some black QB, we all be screaming, what in the world Jerry Jones is doing? With paying Romo and Jerry Jones draft picks, Cowboy fans need to be asking what is he doing?

Philip Rivers is in the same boat, announcers are in love with him and he has done nothing in a while also!

He is building the team around Romo. I think our offense is going to be deadly this fall if we can draft a durable running back to go along with Murray. But its like I said, IF GARRETT BECOMES A BETTER GAME MANAGER.

Jerry made up for Round 1 with drafting the TE (who is projected to fit like Jimmy Graham fits in the Saints Offense), the Safety, and the most prized draft, the WR out of Baylor.

Dez Bryant with the New TE on the left side, Terrance Williams with Whitten on the Right Side AND with Duane Harris and Miles Austin in the Wings. NOW WE JUST NEED TO DRAFT THAT RUNNING BACK TO GO ALONGSIDE WITH MURRAY.
